Real Madrid will continue their Champions League celebration in Madrid early Sunday morning. The team coach reached Milan’s airport at 3:25am. The flight back to Madrid is two hours long. After they land at Barajas airport, the team will return to the Bernabéu and finally to the Plaza de Cibeles. COPE journalist Isaac Fouto expects the team to reach Cibeles around seven Sunday morning.
The team will be back to share the trophy on Sunday evening (8:30pm). From Valdebebas, the team’s open-top bus will parade down to city hall and the headquarters of the Community of Madrid. The next stop is Puerta del Sol; the final destination will be the Bernabéu to celebrate with the fans.
